We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our delivery team. This is a “jack of all trades” role for someone who loves the intersection of technology, client success, and product quality. You will be the bridge between our core engineering teams (Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Frontend, and Backend) and the real-world needs of our clients. If you enjoy solving puzzles, performing fast implementations to validate ideas, and ensuring that what we ship is nothing short of excellent, this is for you.

What you bring to the team:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with a track record of working across different layers of the stack.
• Strong English communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both clients and internal teams.
• A “hacker” mindset: you prefer fast prototyping and iterative validation over over-engineering.
• Practical experience with JavaScript/Node.js (across the stack) and Python (for data integration and scripting).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs: gathering requirements, testing endpoints, and ensuring smooth integrations (experience with the Shopify API is a big plus).
• Experience with Databases and the ability to navigate data systems to configure client environments and troubleshoot message flows.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks.
• Solid experience with API usage.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with web testing and interest in Large Language Model (LLM) testing is a major bonus.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and a customer-centric troubleshooting approach.
• A passion for Quality Assurance: you take pride in being the last line of defense before a product hits production.
• High adaptability and the ability to learn new technologies on the fly.

Your key responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Lead the technical start of the journey by checking requirements, gathering and testing client APIs, and ensuring data flows correctly. You are responsible for identifying technical risks early and raising “red flags” before they become delivery blockers.
• QA & System Testing: Execute final, comprehensive full-system tests to guarantee stability and performance before shipping to production.
• Technical Support: Act as the technical entry point for client issues. You’ll handle direct contact initially, evolving into deep second-line technical support as the company scales.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the “glue” between our specialized teams (Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Frontend, and Backend) to resolve blockers and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build small-scale implementations to quickly validate technical requirements or solve immediate delivery hurdles.
